According to a report by the NSPCC, “an estimated £6.4 million each year could be saved… if children’s mental health needs were met and as a result they stayed in a stable placement”.
We want to make this a reality by providing the right support to young people at the right moment in their lives.
The multi-skilled Wraparound team deliver a range of therapeutic interventions to children, young people, and families on the edge of care, whether they are living in at Alfa Care and Protection or with other external support services, with foster carers or with adoptive families. Using a holistic and systemic approach, the team works with the child and their caregivers to ensure their emotional and mental health needs are met.
