At Alfa Care and Protection, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards, and having the right staff is crucial for providing excellent service.
We are experienced in supporting and advising children and young people with highly challenging and complex needs, including high-risk young people.
Our Appropriate Adults are fully trained in behavioural management, and we offer a 24-hour service for all our clients. We pride ourselves on being open, friendly, and approachable.
All our team members have enhanced DBS checks and are fully trained in working with serious youth violence, safeguarding, and ‘young minds’ mental health training.
